While the bar may appear inviting from the outside , what I encountered behind its doors was shocking and unacceptable on multiple levels .
The Condition of the Premises : Grimy and Abandoned
From the moment I walked in , it was immediately obvious that hygiene was not a priority at this venue. The floors were sticky , and a nauseating aroma of uncleaned spills and filthy restrooms suffused the entire bar . With a smell of a mixture of urine , putrefaction and sour vomit . The counter , which should be the centerpiece of any pub, was piled high with used mugs and litter that looked like it had been ignored for a long time . The restroom was in even a more revolting state — spilling over , with a cracked flush mechanism and tiles smeared in what I can only assume was human waste .

During my time there, I saw how distressed several women at the bar seemed around Cornwell. As I dug deeper , I was appalled to find reports against him involving sexual harassment , with multiple women reporting interactions of distributing inappropriate messages . Described as uncomfortably pushy and violating, his actions has created an unsafe environment for women who patronize Masterson’s.
